I got my Ph.D. in historical archaeology at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993, and have been working as a principal investigator in the cultural resources management industry since 1994, with Parsons, and from 2005 to 2018, with Versar, Inc. in Springfield, VA. I am currently consulting on my own, exploring photogrammetry, 3D modeling and animation as tools for alternative mitigation and public outreach. I studied 3D Animation at the Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts. I learned photogrammetry through a workshop offered by Cultural Heritage Imaging (http://culturalheritageimaging.org).
